Shipping Information


We guarantee the arrival of your chocolates in perfect condition. If you have any questions or problems, we'll make it right.

Our shipping policy reflects the extra care we take with your gourmet confections from Jer's Handmade Chocolates™. To ensure your order is received in the best condition possible, we ship our products in insulated shipping containers with ice packs, during the warmer months (usually May 1st through September 30th) or when shipping to warm weather areas. When shipping your package during the warmer months or to warmer climates, 2nd Day shipping may be required (unless Overnight is specified). If the weather is unseasonably warm, Overnight Rates may be required.

We offer the option within our store of choosing a specific Delivery Date, or choosing a Delivery Method, such as Standard, Overnight, or 2nd Day. If a specific date is selected, we will choose the most economical method so that your shipment arrives on time.

Free Ground Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping anywhere in the United States for orders of $65 or more per address. You can combine multiple products to reach the $65 minimum. Please scroll down for additional shipping table information.


Shipping Deadlines

All orders placed before 11:00 am (PST) will be processed that same day. If your order is placed after 11:00 am (PST), please allow 24 hours for processing. Please give a delivery address and phone number where your recipient will be during business hours.

We take great care in shipping your Jer’s order as we do in making our delicious handmade confections. We offer overnight (including Saturday delivery), 2nd Day, and standard delivery (up to 7 business days) shipping options. You can also specify a particular date that you’d like your order to arrive.

Since temperatures vary across the country, we may elect not to ship any package over a weekend to guarantee its arrival in premium condition. Therefore, we cannot guarantee Monday deliveries on any order.

Specific Date Delivery
All orders with a specific date delivery (chosen from the drop down calendar) will be shipped to arrive as close to that date as possible but could arrive early due to shipping carrier scheduling. Only Overnight Delivery orders can be guaranteed to arrive on a specific delivery date due to shipping carriers rules. Jer's Handmade Chocolates™ will make all efforts for shipments to arrive on the date you requested.

Saturday
In order to have your package delivered on a Saturday, your order must be placed by Friday at 11:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST). For Saturday Overnight Delivery, add $20.00 to standard shipping charges. This service is not available in all areas. Please contact us at (800) 540-7265 for more information.

Sunday
We do not offer Sunday delivery at this time.

Holidays
Due to carrier holidays, orders cannot be delivered on the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day nor Christmas Day.


Shipping Destinations


We currently ship within the United States, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. If shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico $15.00 will be added to the standard shipping charges noted above. Packages must be sent 2nd Day or Overnight.
