Solana Beach Entrepreneur and Chocolate Confectioner Jerry Swain announced today that his chocolate “Jer’s IncrediBalls” earned The Silver Bowl Award for “Best First Time Confection” at the 2001 Retail Confectioners International Chocolate Conference held in Boston, MA. The conference, in its 81st year, included many chocolate industry giants and various small “mom & pop” businesses located throughout the country and overseas. The competition drew over 700 attendees.

Swain is President of Swain Creations, a new San Diego County based company that has perfected a 16 year-old recipe for their award winning, high-end, peanut butter crisp filled chocolates.
