Why small batches? Well, while age may be good in wine, it's the opposite in fine chocolates. That's why at Jer's; our chocolate confections are made without added preservatives or fillers. At Jer's you won't find the same old flavors that everyone else has. We strive to create products that are wonderfully unique. Of course, this means we don't have 433 choices in our mixed box like the other guys. (But hey, half of those, no one likes anyway!)
