Why small batches? Well, while age may be good in wine, it's the opposite in fine chocolates. That's why at Jer's Handmade™; our chocolate confections are made without added preservatives or fillers. At Jer's Handmade™ you won't find the same old flavors that everyone else has. We strive to create products that are wonderfully unique. Of course, this means we don't have 433 choices in our mixed box like the other guys. (But hey, half of those, no one likes anyway!) On the other hand, it also means that everything we do is spectacular… or it doesn't make it out of the kitchen!

Unlike the big mass-producers of chocolate, we don't choose our ingredients based on how cheaply we can make a gazillion pieces! Take our Original IncrediBall™, for example. We use all-natural peanut butter in creating the award-winning flavor - rarely used by any chocolatier due to the difficulty and expense. We like it because it TASTES BETTER!
